A
little about me.
I became bodybuilding champion of Cyprus several times and then featured in the August 1998 Muscle
& Fitness on pages 76-79. You can also find me in Musclemag, April 1998,
Exercise, and many European publications.
Bodybuilders who are the best in their respective countries are invited
to compete in the IFBB European Championships. In 1998, I placed 7th among
the eighteen heavyweights. Check my Bodybuilding Section for other
competitions I’ve entered.
I was born in a traditional Greek-Cypriot family on the Eastern
Mediterranean island of Cyprus. It’s about the same size as Connecticut.
In Greek mythology, Aphrodite (the goddess of love) arose from the sea just
off the wonderful southern coast of Cyprus. It was great growing up and
getting big on an island with such beautiful beaches, cool mountains, and a
rich history. Until recently, I’ve been working in Nicosia as a
Photographer/Videographer for Photo.Light.Ltd.

I’m now living and training hard in
Los Angeles, California.
I plan to compete here later this year.
